Teachers Who Missed July Salary Increment To Start Receiving In Starting January . TSC July 2024 Salary Increments: Some Teachers Miss Out in Phase 2 Rollout will receive it in January.

 

The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has confirmed that not all teachers will benefit from the July 2024 Phase 2 salary increment, leaving some educators disappointed. The pay adjustments, part of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), aim to improve teachers’ welfare and motivation through phased salary increases.

Who Benefits from the Increment? 

The Phase 2 salary increment targets teachers who were already employed during the first phase in July 2023. However, those hired after this initial rollout are excluded from this year’s adjustments. The CBA, which was implemented in two stages, is set to be fully operational by July 2024.
