Applicants must present both original and photocopies of the following:

– Teacher Registration Certificate
– Primary Teacher Education (PTE) Certificate or Upgrade Diploma in Primary Teacher Education (UDPTE) Certificate (if applicable)
– KCSE and KCPE certificates, including all retake results

The Selection Process
The selection will be transparent, led by Sub-County Selection Panels that include a Sub-County Director, a Human Resource Officer, and a Curriculum Support Officer. The TSC will notify applicants of their interview details via SMS at least seven days before the scheduled date.
#### Merit List and Additional Considerations
Following document verification, a Merit List will be compiled by the Sub-County Director and submitted to County Directors for final verification.
**Preference will be given to:**
– Applicants not previously employed by TSC on permanent terms
– Candidates from the respective sub-counties or counties
In case of ties in scores, selection will be based on the time since graduation, strength of academic qualifications, and aggregate KCSE grades.
#### Integrity Matters
Applicants must provide accurate information. Any misleading details or false data on the employment form will lead to application cancellation, highlighting the importance of honesty throughout the recruitment process.
By adhering to these guidelines, TSC aims to attract qualified teachers committed to delivering quality education in primary schools.
