Diverse Employment Types

The TSC employs over 35,000 middle school teachers on various terms, including long-term, probation, and internship. Of these, only half have received additional salaries, but they will receive compensation next week. Teachers promoted to job groups B5, C1, and C2 will see their pay increases soon.

Career Progression Guidelines and Civil Servants

Promotions follow the Career Progression Guidelines (CPG). By June 2023, TSC instructors in job groups B5, C1, and C2 will have their incomes restored. Those who were not promoted will also receive their salaries. The remuneration commission stated that other civil servants will start receiving their increased salaries next week.
