The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) is currently accepting online applications for the September intake. The deadline for submission is June 21, 2024.
Who Can Apply?
Eligible candidates are those who completed the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) between 2014 and 2023 and are interested in enrolling in Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) programs. This opportunity is also open to individuals who previously applied without success.
How to Apply
To begin your application, visit the KUCCPS website at www.kuccps.ac.ke or access the student portal at students.kuccps.net. Log in using your KCSE year, KCSE index number, and password (Birth Certificate Number or KCPE Index Number). Once logged in, navigate to “KMTC Programmes” to explore available courses and their prerequisites.
For detailed program information, download the provided PDF document from KUCCPS. Select your preferred courses and input the Programme Codes in the application form, prioritizing them accordingly. Click “Apply Now” to proceed.
Payment Process
Upon submission, a fee of Sh1,500 is required. Payment details will be provided on the website. Applicants who previously applied for KMTC funding should use their existing Payment Reference Code. First-time applicants will find a “Click Here to Pay” link after form submission, directing them to eCitizen for payment instructions, including M-PESA options.

Confirmation and Status
After payment, return to the application window, enter your eCitizen Payment Reference Code, and submit your application. Retain this code for future reference. The system will confirm successful submission, and you can monitor your application status via the Dashboard.
