The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) completed the promotion of nearly 36,000 teachers after a meticulous vetting process.  Details of Updated Salary Scale

– Deputy Principals I (T-Scale 13 – D3): 1,341 individuals will now receive a basic pay of Sh104,644 per month along with increased leave and commuter allowances.

– Deputy Principals II (T-Scale 12 – D2): 1,096 individuals will benefit from higher salary and additional allowances like housing and commuting.

– Deputy Principals III (T-Scale 11 – D1) and Senior Lecturers I (T-Scale 12 – D2): Monthly pay and allowances will see an increase for these positions.

– Head Teachers (T-Scale 10 – C5) and Curriculum Support Officers (T-Scale 10 – C5): Both roles will enjoy enhanced pay and benefits.

– Senior Masters IV (T-Scale 9 – C4), Deputy Head Teachers II (T-Scale 9 – C4), and Senior Lecturers IV (T-Scale 9 – C4): These positions will also receive salary increases and higher allowances as part of their promotion benefits.
