Several TSC teachers in Kenya  will undergo evaluations for phase 2 wage increments. This applies across various job groups in approximately three months. This is  as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) terms.

In line with the CBA agreement, which took effect in July 2023 and will be fully implemented by July 2024. It’s expected that the second phase of salary increments will be initiated soon . However, teachers who were not employed by July 2023 might miss out on this phase of salary increment by the teacher service commission TSC.
