1. On the ‘Self Assessment’ page, click ‘Create New Appraisal’.
2. Fill in your appraisal details like Appraisal Year, Term, and Eligibility.
3. Choose your eligibility status (on duty or not) and provide reasons if necessary.
4. Click ‘Save Appraisal’ to finish.
Updating Teaching Standards:
1. After creating an appraisal, rate yourself based on achievement levels for each target per standard.
2. Select the standard type corresponding to your institution.
3. Click ‘Update Standard’ under ‘Teaching Standards’.
4. Choose the appropriate standard category and proceed.
5. Enter details for each target, including weight attained, gap category, comments, and upload evidence if needed.
6. Click ‘Submit Rating’ to save.
Completing the Appraisal:
1. After updating Teaching Standards, proceed to update Learners Progress and Lesson Attendance sections similarly.
2. Save your progress as needed.
3. Submission is only possible if no incomplete appraisals exist.
