Within the Teacher Service Commission’s framework, job group C3 aligns with T-scale 8 and encompasses roles such as Secondary Teacher I, Lecturer I, SNE Teacher I (Primary), SNE Teacher II (Secondary), and Senior Teacher I. Upon promotion to C4, teachers will transition to TSC job group C4, presently positioned under T-scale 9, encompassing diverse titles based on qualifications, including Senior Lecturer IV, Senior Master IV, SNE Senior Teacher (Primary), SNE Teacher I (Secondary), and Deputy Head Teacher II.
Duties of Promoted TeachersÂ
Promoted teacher will shoulder their responsibilities like crafting lesson blueprints, formulating timetables, and upholding academic benchmarks to ensure timely syllabus coverage. Moreover, they will conduct student assessments. This will impart specialized subjects, and pioneer innovative initiatives to enrich the teaching-learning experience across the country.
