In a progressive move, the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) Grade E achievers of 2023 , now possess a gateway to their desired career paths through artisan/level 4 programs. Spearheaded by the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) portal, these courses not only offer a pathway to chosen vocations but also boast government sponsorship. Furthermore, individuals who completed the KCSE exams between 2000 and 2022 and secured grades of D- and E are also eligible to enroll in these artisan courses.
