1. Logging In: Applicants are instructed to visit students.kuccps.net directly or search for “KUCCPS Students Portal.” They should then click on “Student Login” and enter their KCSE Index Number, KCSE Year, and a password (Applicant’s Birth Certificate Number or KCPE Index Number).

4. Application/Revision: By clicking on “Application/Revision” on the menu bar, applicants can submit programme codes for desired courses. They should allow the system to complete processes like “Fetching Data” and “Checking Requirements.”
5. Submission Process: Once the processes are complete, the system will display program names and requirements. Applicants should then click “Submit,” follow payment instructions, pay the indicated amount (Ksh1,500), and await a confirmation SMS.
6. Payment Confirmation: To confirm payment, applicants should enter the account number received in the application window under “Payment REF” and click “Submit.” They should then wait for the system to confirm a successful application.
