Introduction:

The KUCCPS Application portal, synonymous with the KUCCPS Student Portal at [https://students.kuccps.net](https://students.kuccps.net), serves as the platform for applying and revising courses.

Requirements:

To initiate the application, ensure you have your KCSE Index No, KCPE Index No, Birth Certificate Number, and sufficient Mpesa balance for the revision payment.

Application Charges:

Applicants who applied in school will be charged Ksh. 1,000, while those who didn’t apply in school will incur a fee of Ksh. 1,500.

Procedure for KUCCPS Courses and Programmes Registration

Step 1: Accessing the Registration Page

Visit the KUCCPS registration page and click on Applications/Revision.

Step 2: Providing Personal Information

Input your index number and the year you sat for KCSE, followed by your birth certificate number as per KNEC records. If the birth certificate number wasn’t provided during KUCCPS Registration, use your KCSE index number as the password.

Step 3: Course Selection

Ensure your chosen course meets the minimum subject requirements. Select courses of interest and enter the Programme Codes using the Application/Revision tab. Verify the codes before submission.

Step 4: Application Fee Payment

a) Pay the required amount through M-PESA using Pay Bill option (Business no. 820201). Include KCSE Examination year followed by 11 Digit INDEX NO as your account number.

b) Receive a payment confirmation from Mpesa, and keep the transaction ID for future reference.

Step 5: Logout

Once the application is finalized, log out to secure your KUCCPS Registration information in the Student Portal.
